Finders Keepers

I'm walking with a group of people through this abandoned cattle barn. We're looking for a cat, and there are a lot of cats in the barn. The specific cat we are looking for is the star of a cat food commercial. The only way we can find the cat is by listening for its signature meow. As I'm looking I find this really fluffy, gray kitten just sitting all alone. So I pick it up and it cuddles against me.

My first thought is to name it 'Smokey' but then I realize that everyone with a fluffy, gray cat names it 'Fluffy' so then I remember that I've always wanted a gray cat and that naming it 'Dorian' would be hilarious. (Dorian Gray). So I name him Dorian.

Then, I'm in the grocery store, with Dorian still in my arms. I have to buy him kitten food and milk. At the check-out is Klaus, the cashier. (He is actually the cashier I see every morning before work, in real life). He and I talk about Dorian and how cute he is.

The end.

Point of interest, this is the most normal dream I've had in a LONG time. Also, I have always wanted and have yet to own a gray kitty, but when I do, I will name him Dorian.
